Bellona was born December 21st, 1976 to Maude and Bruce Shelton as Charlotte Blair Shelton. When Charlotte was three years old, her parents were murdered and she was taken and raised by the killer. No one ever found out who it was and she was never rescued.

The man taught her how to kill efficiently without getting caught, how to steal, how to live through other people's means and also introduced her to the delights of being a cannibal.

Due to all the years she's been eating human meat, she's lost a lot of her sanity, but she remains of sound enough mind to continue to run her butcher shop, The Red Label, and keep under the radar of the authorities.

To this day, they still don't know what happened to her or her parents, but she never forgot. When she was old enough and strong enough, she killed the man who'd taken her from her life and changed it beyond all recognition. Then she changed her identity once more and became Bellona Donner.
